Folding & Gluing Operator:

Set up and operate folding and gluing machines according to job specifications Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, gluing, and product alignment Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs Inspect finished products for defects, glue integrity, and overall quality Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; notify supervision when needed Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules Communicate production, quality, or equipment issues to supervision Follow all company safety policies and procedures Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Operate folding and gluing equipment safely and only as trained What You Need to Bring to the

Folding & Gluing Operator Role:
