Flumer Operator:

Safely operate within the plant, following all safe‑work and HAACP procedures Unload belt trucks and hoppers, and manage the fluming process to move potatoes Operate pumps, metering wheels, flume pipes, skimmers, gates, and related water‑transfer equipment Use PanelView for communication and basic operation; start/stop lines and adjust belt speeds Maintain accurate records (truck logs, belt speeds, raw percentages, documentation with QA) Clean belts, pits, metering wheels, tanks, and perform general sanitation duties Troubleshoot and respond to equipment failures, power outages, and E‑stop situations Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, CIL, CL, RCA) What You Need to

Bring:
