What's In It For You Looking for a stable, full-time packaging role with strong pay, overtime eligibility, and real growth opportunities? $22.25/hr base pay Rotating shifts 4/3 schedule Overtime eligible Full benefits package from day one What You'll Do As a Packaging Operator, you'll: Stage and blend ingredients, package products, and clean blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods Perform daily setup, cleaning, and operation of powders, cultures, and liquid packaging equipment Conduct daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment (screen checks, metal detector, tool checklist) and understand the importance of these checks Issue and receipt materials in SAP; accurately enter data and follow work instructions Wash and clean equipment per sanitation manual; follow GMP program and rules Operate forklift per training procedures Demonstrate leadership in safety—observe and enforce safety rules, encourage safe work behaviors, and promptly correct unsafe conditions or behaviors Endorse Quality & Food Safety Policies, assure conformance to all requirements, and report failures to site management Work closely with site managers, supervisors, team leads, and all production personnel

What You'll Need To Succeed Required:

High school diploma or GED Manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred Ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel Capable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutions

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk and stand regularly; climb stairs and ladders Reach, bend/stoop, crouch, squat, push/pull, and manipulate frequently Frequently lift product up to 55 pounds from various positions; occasional requirement to lift over 55 pounds Work primarily indoors, with exposure to humidity, dust, fumes, noise, and chemical agents; hearing protection required Floor surfaces may be wet; temperature varies by season and task On occasion, close proximity to moving objects and sharp tools; limited room for movement when staging product Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
