Job Description
Entry Specialist within the Packing Operations job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Complexity & Problem Solving:
Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.Collaboration & Interaction:
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision. Entry Specialist (Hourly)Requirements:
Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents. Good written and verbal communication, and basic math skills. Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills. Ability to contribute as part of a team. Positive can-do attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to work in high-noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices. Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch. Ability to use a hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently. The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 Must be able to complete all essential job functions listed in the position responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
