SMT Operator:

Set up and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to support production Set up and tear down feeders, handling small parts and components with precision Place electronic components by hand as needed during assembly Perform basic inspections of circuit board assemblies to ensure quality Complete required production and quality documentation accurately Use computers for basic data entry and production tracking Follow all production processes, safety rules, and company policies Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers What You Need to Bring to the

SMT Operator Role:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail with good vision and finger dexterity Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions General computer skills with basic data entry capability Basic mathematical skills Strong communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Willingness to complete required training, follow company policies, and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
