In this role, you will be responsible for extracting high-quality cannabis oils using hydrocarbon methods, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will help us produce premium concentrates that meet rigorous quality and safety standards, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities Operate hydrocarbon extraction equipment safely and efficiently to produce cannabis concentrates Follow strict protocols for material handling, ensuring proper storage and disposal of solvents and extracts Maintain detailed documentation of extraction processes, batch records, and quality control measures Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance Assist with packaging finished products in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standard Adhere to all safety guidelines related to chemical handling, ventilation systems, and personal protective equipment Other duties as assigned Requirements Prior Hydrocarbon extraction background preferred, especially in cannabis or chemical processing environments Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Familiarity with CGMP regulations and safety protocols within a regulated manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail with excellent recordkeeping skills for batch documentation and compliance logs Ability to handle materials safely using proper procedures for hazardous substances Basic machining or equipment troubleshooting skills Join us if you're passionate about advancing the cannabis industry through precise extraction techniques and innovative manufacturing practices.
