In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the operation of manufacturing machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will supervise a team of machine operators, coordinate daily activities, and uphold quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your mechanical expertise and leadership skills will drive continuous improvement and maintain high safety and productivity levels across the factory floor. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of machine operators during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety protocols Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify mechanical issues, perform basic maintenance, and escalate repairs as needed Lead team meetings to communicate goals, safety updates, and performance feedback to foster a motivated work environment Ensure compliance with safety regulations by enforcing proper use of hand tools, mechanical devices, and warehouse safety procedures Maintain accurate production records, shift logs, and incident reports to support continuous process improvements Collaborate with quality control teams to monitor product standards and address any assembly line issues promptly Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with hands-on mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment Previous supervisory experience leading assembly line or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment Strong familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and handling power tools Ability to read technical manuals, interpret mechanical diagrams, and perform basic troubleshooting on machinery Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for assembly or maintenance tasks Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team during night shifts and coordinate with other departments Valid forklift certification is preferred; experience with factory automation systems is a plus Join us in driving manufacturing excellence!
