• 1st shift What does a successful Inserter Operator do at Fiserv?

Join our team at the Hazelwood, MO location where you'll receive advanced training on our world-class inserting equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the insert machine to ensure the production of accurate work in a timely manner. Conduct quality checks and perform other tasks based on workload requirements.

What you will do:

Operate a variety of insert machines manufactured by Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest. Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice. Conduct quality checks to verify that inserted materials are accurate and separate any damaged mail. Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup. What you will need to have: 3+ years of experience operating High Speed Inserting machines. Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance. Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often. A high school diploma and/or equivalent military experience. What would be great to have: 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment. 3+ years of experience operating inserting machines.

Important info about this role:

Top pay for experience! You will work an assigned schedule of: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays. You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
