This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in construction, carpentry, lumber, warehouse, or saw operation who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Saw Shop Operator Schedule and Pay Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Every other Saturday, 6:00 AM-10:00

AM Pay Rate:

$16.50 per hour

Job Type:

Full‑time, temp‑to‑hire Saw Shop Operator Responsibilities Tear down pallets using a band saw Cut boards to proper lengths using a trim track saw Cut blocks for pallet repair using a chop saw Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and usability Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work overtime as needed to meet production demands Requirements for the Saw Shop Operator Previous experience in construction, carpentry, saw operation, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred Ability to safely operate power tools and saw equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and work in varying temperatures Good hand‑eye coordination and balance Reliable attendance and effective communication skills Work EnvironmentThis position works in an industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and outdoor elements.
