Rotomold Machine Operator

Working as a member of a team, assists in the attainment of all rotational molding production requirements by learning and following all process steps and requirements necessary to produce parts. Position requires frequent work at various heights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain rotational molds and equipment.
• Accurately measure and pour plastic powder.
• Operate crane, forklifts and hand tools.
• Demonstrate the basic use of manufacturing tools.
• Inspection of parts to meet quality standards and follow all ISO processes and procedures.
• Assist in meeting the production requirements for the department.
• Assist in reduction of scrap.
• Understand and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills with all departments.
• Follow daily production reporting procedures.
• Must keep the area neat and clean.
• Adhere and comply with all company safety requirements.
