Immediately Job Description Neosho School District, in partnership with Crowder College, is seeking motivated students for a hands-on Operations Internship program. Interns will work alongside experienced district staff to develop practical skills, build professional habits, and gain exposure to career pathways in facilities management and operations. Internship Tracks Interns will be placed in one of the following tracks based on their program of study and interest: HVAC- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system maintenance including filter changes, refrigerant checks, thermostat calibration, and seasonal procedures. Automotive Technician
- Preventive maintenance and minor repairs on district fleet vehicles including buses, trucks, and utility vehicles. Carpentry
- Structural repairs, door and hardware installation, cabinetry, ceiling tile replacement, and general building maintenance projects. Technology
- District technology infrastructure support including workstation setup, network cabling, device imaging, AV equipment, access control, and help desk operations.
