Rewind Machine Operator

Operate rewind machines to unwind, re-wind, and inspect materials according to production specifications Responsibilities Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform basic maintenance as needed Use hand tools and machining equipment to adjust or repair machinery components for optimal operation Job jacket and work instructions Conduct routine safety checks around the work area, adhering to warehouse safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment Assist in inventory management by organizing materials within the warehouse environment Qualifications Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of job jacket and work instructions Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively Familiarity with packaging processes and the use of hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording production data accurately Able to lift 75lbs. without assistance Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to follow detailed instructions
