3pm-11pm Monday-Friday Join this trusted locally owned plastics manufacturer in Perry, MO. We are seeking dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operators to join a team. Work Monday through Friday with consistent daytime hours and the satisfaction of being part of a company that values hard work, quality, and community. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate machines to produce products
- Inspect product for flaws
- Perform secondary operations to parts if necessary
- Fill out all check sheets that pertain to the job that is being run
- Grind runner and scrap parts
- Assist in any necessary operation in the plastics department, trimming excess plastic with box knife
- Package finished product and complete custom/private label assembly and packaging, which could include assembling multi-packs, capping, shrink wrapping, labeling, boxing, and sorting
- Keep work area clean
Machine Operator Requirements:
- Ability to work, stand, sit, kneel, or squat for up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend and twist 75% of shift
- Ability to use knives, clippers, etc.
