Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or in fixtures. Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts. Conducts quality control checks, assemble, package and ships products to meet delivery dates.
Duties and responsibilities:
Operate equipment to manufacture & produce high quality parts & components. Maintain a clean work environment. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to sales team or VS manager. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Improve efficiency. Complete and organize technical data, part ID and serialization.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of production machining and assembly experience required. Be organized and detail oriented. Proficient with all Microsoft software including word, excel, power point, etc. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to solve problems creatively Quality focused Compensation based on experience
