We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about operating machinery and ensuring production efficiency. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, contributing to the quality and success of our products. Responsibilities Operate fabricating machines (shears, brakes, presses, forming machines, punches) to cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, and structures. Read job specifications/work orders to determine machine adjustments, material requirements, and required quality checks. Set stops/guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates; position workpieces against stops or align layout marks with dies/blades. Activate/monitor machines during processing to ensure dimensional accuracy and part quality. Conduct minor machine maintenance (e.g., oiling) and keep accurate production records (quantities completed, documentation per work instructions). Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator, press operator, press brakes or in a similar role. Strong understanding of machinery and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed. Machines & technologies you'll use: Press Brake
