Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in St. Louis, working for a large Manufacturing Facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to work the evening shift. Why Join Us?

Schedule:
12:30 pm - 11:00 pm (M-Th ), Evening shifts.
Summary :
The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating processing equipment, following established protocols, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products .
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up processing equipment according to standard procedures. Identify equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed. Report equipment failures and collaborate with repair personnel for troubleshooting. Perform routine production operations, quality tests, and process monitoring to ensure products meet specifications. Transport chemicals and materials using pumps, forklifts, pallet jacks, or dollies. Ensure accurate batch record documentation and report any non-conformance (NCRs). Enter work hours and material usage into SAP. Follow strict safety protocols and production procedures at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization in laboratory and production areas. Label all in-process equipment and containers appropriately. Participate in safety and quality training sessions. Assist in training new team members and provide technical direction as needed. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality .
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required

Associate's degree in
Chemistry Preferred:
