Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, executing manufacturing processes, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Shift Differential Shift:
3rd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM)
Training Schedule:
First Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for approximately 2-3 months

This is a manufacturing/production role and not a warehouse position.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment. Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) procedures. Support labeling, packaging, bottle handling, torque testing, and production activities. Conduct routine and scheduled cleaning of manufacturing rooms and equipment. Handle waste disposal and manual cleaning of components and small parts. Pull materials from inventory and transfer products into cleanroom environments. Complete production documentation and electronic batch records in SAP (eBR). Accurately maintain logbooks and production records. Monitor equipment and production processes and report deviations to supervisors. Follow all manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. Properly use, clean, and store required personal protective equipment (PPE). Label equipment and containers according to established procedures. Participate in safety, quality, and operational training programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Must be able to work while wearing required PPE, including respirators, for extended periods. Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment.
Additional Information:
Onsite interviews required. Candidates must be willing to train on first shift before transitioning to the assigned 3rd shift schedule.
