Assembly Worker - Temp-to-Hire Opportunities Penmac Staffing has immediate openings for full-time Assembly Workers in Versailles. These temp-to-hire jobs are a great way to start a long-term manufacturing career. Assembly Workers will operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and help produce high-quality rubber hoses and hydraulic couplings using metal components that are heat treated, electroplated, bent, staked, packed, and shipped worldwide.

Shifts Available Overnight:

11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Evening:

3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Pay:

$16.64 per hour, paid weekly. Assembly Worker Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours Must be available for full-time hours plus overtime Reliable, consistent attendance Good communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math, reading, computer, and measurement skills required High school diploma or GED not required Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check Assembly Worker Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a team environment Inspect and handle metal components and raw materials Assist in the production of rubber hoses and hydraulic couplings Maintain quality and safety standards Prepare completed parts for packaging and shipment Benefits Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options available Apply online today or contact the Penmac Eldon branch for more information.
