Machine Operator - 2nd shift You may see yourself in this role, if you are an experienced production operator who has mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and are looking for a serious career opportunity. Two years of prior manufacturing experience would be preferred, but we will train otherwise qualified candidates for the role. You will perform a range of tasks in the production of a transformer, including: Reading, understanding and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, schematics and specifications to complete assignments with limited supervision; Inspection of core steel rolls for size, damage, and burrs ensuring steel meets specifications. Set-up stacking table using drawings and obtain materials. Set-up and program lamination machine by interpreting data sheets and following approved procedures. Adjust as necessary to obtain proper part lengths and configuration. Monitor quality and quantities per manufacturing procedures. Quality will be monitored by use of auto control sheet, measuring devices including scales, verniers, micrometers and/or optical equipment. No 3rd Parties, please. Find more roles @Requirements:
