POSITION SUMMARY

Working under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing quality car care products by processing, mixing and blending in an industrial environment.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Verifies correct materials required for blending on batch requirements. Locate raw materials and documents transactions. Blends raw materials and sends to processing Inspecting equipment and its parts to assure conformance to specifications. Efficiently operate, maintains, change over and monitors process equipment. Inspect and make blending adjustment to product and equipment as needed. Keep proper documentation of weights, contents, batching, mixing, production, quality and downtime. Troubleshoot and advise production supervisor of any and all problems. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment at the employee's assigned workstation(s). Observes all safety rules and procedures while performing duties, including maintaining PPE. Achieving or surpassing established operational standards.• Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisors and Managers. 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment experience in the automotive industry
