Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling server racks and computer hardware components while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment, lifting materials throughout the shift, and working both independently and within a team setting. Key Responsibilities Open and unpack chassis and components for server assembly Install and replace brackets, labels, rails, handles, switches, and other components Integrate computer parts into chassis on a progressive assembly line Install small screws and hardware components with precision Identify and label cables according to rack specifications Install rails and assemble racks based on specifications Package finished racks for shipment Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures Assist with recycling and material handling as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of assembly or related manufacturing experience required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders when needed Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to work effectively in a team environment Able to follow verbal and written instructions High school diploma or GED required Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing and production setting Repetitive assembly tasks using small parts and hand tools Continuous lifting and movement throughout the day
