Industrial Maintenance Tech- Packaging Daily Tasks:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on packaging and liquid filling equipment (filling, capping, labeling, conveyors). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs. Work with basic electrical systems—including DC controls and 120/208/480V—when diagnosing equipment issues. Use blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide repairs and equipment adjustments. Document work orders, parts used, and corrective actions in a CMMS. Collaborate with maintenance planning and parts coordination teams to reduce downtime and ensure parts availability. Follow all safety standards and support continuous improvement activities.

Industrial Maintenance Tech- Packaging Qualifications/Requirements:

3+ years industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with liquid filling equipment strongly preferred. Working knowledge of basic electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine shop tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation. Basic computer skills (CMMS, MS Office). High School Diploma required; industrial maintenance or electrical certifications are a plus.
