Machine Operator Lead

Machine Operator Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our food and beverage production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of machinery used in the production and packaging of food and beverage products. This role ensures that all products meet our quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and

Adjust Machines:

Prepare and adjust processing and packaging machines before production.

Operate Machinery:

Run machines to process, mix, blend, cook, or package food and beverage products.

Monitor Production:

Ensure the quality and conformity of products by monitoring equipment performance.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on machinery.

Troubleshoot Issues:

Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear jams, and report issues to supervisors.

Quality Control:

Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of production quantities, machine operations, and maintenance activities.

Clean and Sanitize:

Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following proper procedures.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
