Role:

Join RKE LLC as a Filling Machine Operator in Tupelo, MS, where you will play a critical role in our production process. We are seeking motivated individuals to ensure our filling operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure proper functioning and product quality. Set up machines for production runs, including adjustments to fill levels and speeds. Conduct regular inspections of filled products for quality control and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Assist in training new operators on filling machine operations and safety procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Familiarity with filling machines and production processes is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues.
