If you want a full‑time schedule packed into three days with excellent shift pay, this weekend shift role is a great fit for mechanically minded workers.
Position:
General Assembly / Operator -
Weekend Shift Pay:
$20/hr + 11.15% shift differential
Schedule:
Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM-5:30
PM Location:
Flathead Valley What You'll Do Select, position, and secure tools in holders Position and secure workpieces in fixtures, chucks, or machine tables Adjust controls to set feeds, speeds, and depth of cut Operate bench grinders to sharpen tools Run various machines and equipment beyond standard machine tools Grind, sand, clean, or polish parts to correct defects or prep for finishing Ensure all parts meet quality and specification standards What You Bring Basic mechanical and metalworking skills Understanding of firearm operation (preferred) Ability to use drills, grinders, mills, lathes, and other metalworking tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Experience Machine operator experience not required Must be mechanically inclined with previous metalworking experience Experience working in stock molds is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why You'll Love This Job Three‑day workweek with full‑time hours Highest shift differential offered Great for workers who prefer long weekends Hands‑on, skill‑building work in a high‑quality manufacturing environment Ready to Get Started?
