Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring creative designs to life! In this energetic role, you will operate high-speed embroidery machines to produce custom apparel and accessories with precision and care. Duties Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper thread colors, stabilizers, and design placement for each project Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed for optimal results Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy of embroidery, and adherence to design specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available for efficient workflow Troubleshoot common machine issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of equipment and materials Assist with inventory management of embroidery supplies such as threads, stabilizers, and backing materials Experience Prior experience with garment construction or sewing machines is highly desirable, but not necessary Familiarity with sewing or embroidery equipment is a strong plus; training will be provided if needed Warehouse experience or working in a manufacturing environment demonstrates your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential for success in this role Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently independently and under deadlines Join us as an Embroidery Machine Operator and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional products!
