$1 4 .00 hour Summary /General Description:
The Floorbox /Cans/Cover Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of assembly tasks involving components and sub-assemblies. This role ensures products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. Job Duties /Responsibilities:
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures Assemble products according to drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work instructions Perform quality inspections, audits, and testing as required Read, interpret, and follow mechanical assembly drawings Calibrate tools and finished goods and maintain proper documentation Pack finished goods and complete required shipping paperwork Inspect and repair returned materials (RMA) Maintain production line efficiency and meet established work pace standards Assemble components accurately to avoid defects or rejects Follow and enforce all safety rules, including proper use of air and electric tools Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to Group Lead or Production Supervisor Assist in training coworkers on job functions as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards Cross-train in other departments as required Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications:
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good manual dexterity required Ability to use hand tools and operate machines as needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in a team environment on a production line Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and stay focused on repetitive tasks Willingness to work overtime as neededHighschool Diploma or GED Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 20-25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterityYour Career Partner:
