Performs assembly, testing, and inspection of fiber optic cable assemblies in a clean room environment while following safety, quality, and documentation standards. Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $22.00 to $25.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Assemble precision components and cable/connector products Work with small parts, hand tools, and measuring devices Follow written work instructions and quality standards Inspect and document work to ensure accuracy and traceability Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts Assembly Operator

III/IV/V

Qualifications:

1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (level-dependent) Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Comfortable working with small/intricate parts Ability to remain standing or stationary for long periods Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime when needed Ability to read and understand written English instructions Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
