Machine Operator- Start ASAP!!

Hiring Machine Operators ASAP!! 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift $18-23/hr. Belmont, NC Job Responsibilities Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with safety, quality, and company goals. Run the Autoweaver, a proprietary machine, in the preform area with provided training. Complete machine setup following machine and style specifications. Perform on-cycle product inspections and document findings. Follow verbal and written instructions to produce assigned products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Escalate product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety issues to management.

Wear required personal protective equipment:

steel-toe shoes, earplugs, and eyewear. Work in a carbon-fiber production environment with elevated noise levels. Essential Skills 1+ year of machine operating experience. English reading, writing, and speaking ability for safety, documentation, and ITAR compliance. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Detail-oriented for quality checks and identifying machine issues. Ability to escalate maintenance issues when the machine goes down. US citizenship (required for ITAR/export-controlled aerospace work). Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the full shift.
