Job Description

Weaving Operations Manager (Direct Hire Opportunity | Day Shift Available) Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturing organization to identify a Weaving Operations Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing weaving operations, ensuring material availability, and driving safety, quality, and productivity. This is a direct hire opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily weaving operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals are met. Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities to meet company and customer expectations. Translate sales forecasts into greige fabric production requirements. Develop and manage production schedules to align with manufacturing and customer demands. Coordinate workflow and ensure materials are requisitioned on time to support production. Monitor production and operational reports to identify issues and implement solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all weaving operations. Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and utilization of weaving machinery and equipment. Maintain product quality standards by overseeing production processes and outputs. Manage inventory control and support procurement activities related to weaving production. Ensure all associates follow established manufacturing processes and safety practices. Partner with HR to address employee relations matters and support workforce needs. Ensure staffing levels meet production schedules and operational demands. Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to prevent delays. Support overall plant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in weaving or textile manufacturing management. Strong knowledge of yarns and textile weaving machinery required. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive performance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex operational challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety and quality.

Pay Details:
•$15.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
