Warper

Warper (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Multiple Shifts Available) Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturing organization to identify Warpers who will play a critical role in operating warping equipment, ensuring material accuracy, and supporting overall production efficiency. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate warping equipment based on work orders and specifications to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Load creels and perform warper and beam setup to support production requirements. Monitor the warping process to ensure proper material handling and consistent output. Complete calculations to determine required material input and output for production runs. Perform required preventive maintenance tasks on equipment as needed. Identify and raise quality concerns and contribute to issue resolution. Maintain production flow by supporting warp room operations when team members are absent. Keep all equipment and work areas clean, organized, and well maintained. Maintain a safe work environment and address unsafe conditions immediately. Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Support cross-training efforts and assist in other areas of the plant as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or textile environment preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Dependable team player with a willingness to cross train and take on new responsibilities. Ability to follow work instructions, processes, and safety procedures. Basic math skills to perform production-related calculations. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production goals. Ability to lift, bend, push, and move materials up to 60 lbs. Willingness to work assigned schedules and overtime as required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Pay Details:
