COPY LINK link Yarn Extrusion Operator (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Multiple Shifts Available) Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturinganization to identify Yarn Extrusion Operators who will play a critical role in operating extrusion equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting overall production efficiency. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate yarn extrusion equipment to produce products while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Perform color matching and polymer blending to meet product specifications. Operate downstream and auxiliary extrusion equipment including chillers, vacuum sizing tanks, and cooling tanks. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain continuous operation. Set up andplete extrusion work orders from start to finish independently. Follow work instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures accurately. Inspect product quality throughout the production process to ensure standards are met. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues that arise on the production line. Maintain production flow by working efficiently to meet or exceed production schedules. Support overall production needs and maintain a clean andanized work area. any production issues, defects, or safety concerns to leadership promptly. Assist with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred (extrusion experience is a plus). Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and written instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities for equipment and processes. Ability toplete work independently without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards. Ability to work efficiently and meet or exceed production goals. Strong work ethic, reliability, andmitment to safety. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay Details:
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
