That's why we're looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in how people experience our products. Your attention to detail and focus on quality will shine through in your work and strengthen our relationships with customers. Your daily tasks will include:
Operating our embroidery machines and performing quality control for each finished product Paying attention to specific embroidery instructions and closely monitoring your work to catch errors early and always ensure accuracy Performing light troubleshooting and daily maintenance to keep machinery in top shape for fulfilling orders Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings needed to complete each job Inspecting all your work, correcting any deviations or errors, and packaging items nicely for shipping Keeping your workstation clean while working and leaving it in top condition for the next shift Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead Performing other duties as assigned In this role, we'll expect you to: Work well as part of a team Multi-task, manage your time efficiently, and meet deadlines Have a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach to your work Prioritize quality in all your tasks Be accurate, detail-oriented, and focused Be punctual, reliable, and accountable Be good at working with your hands Learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency Stand and work in a fast-paced environment for 8 hours Your qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years of relevant work experience Understanding of the digital embroidery process Technical post-secondary studies in the embroidery field 3-5+ years of experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting Experience working with embroidery machines (Tajima or Happy) Experience with Wilcom digitizing software What we offer: Competitive pay and benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401k with company match Free coffee and snacks Personal and professional development opportunities A fun and engaging position in a fast-paced environment A global, inclusive team that's as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done An opportunity to work in a modern fulfillment facility Exciting team-building events and parties you'll never forget!
