Laser Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Safely perform laser cutting for a variety of manufacturing products. Perform typical laser cutting operations. Select proper cutting programs, and proper fixtures. Prepare production equipment for operation by making necessary adjustments and assisting with equipment changeovers. Operate laser equipment to ensure it runs efficiently and produces quality output consistently. Maintain quality standards by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections. Complete production control charts and analyze recordings to ensure products meet customer specifications. Make necessary equipment adjustments to maintain product quality. Help train others for production job responsibilities by demonstrating operational procedures. Maintain machine operation by solving production process problems and making equipment adjustments. Report production and quality data, and refer questions to the supervisor. Maintain production operations by following policies and procedures. Ensure operation of equipment by following preventative maintenance policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed through cooperation with team members. Position Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years experience of laser machine set-up and operation Monday - Friday -2nd shift 1PM-9
