The Packaging Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:

Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently in compliance with GMPs, safety, and quality standards Inspect products throughout the packaging process to ensure quality and defect-free output Maintain continuous machine operation by monitoring codes, dates, and equipment performance Perform minor machine adjustments and repairs using appropriate hand and bench tools Accurately complete production documentation, reports, and shift records Communicate effectively with team members and oncoming shifts to ensure smooth transitions

Key Tasks and Duties:

Feed raw materials into packaging machines and verify correct product configurations Conduct routine quality checks and make necessary equipment or process adjustments Monitor and adjust machine controls related to vacuum, heat, pressure, timing, and water flow Track raw material inventory levels and notify the warehouse of shortages or issues Maintain detailed production data, including shift reports and system entries Support team objectives by performing additional duties as assigned by the

Team Leader Qualifications:
