Entry-mid level with experience
Special Process:
Basic background in soldering, assembly drawings, bills of materials, conformal coating, and solder repair desired.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform the essential functions as required. Need to have good eye and hand coordination with color perception.
Basic Function:
Follows all PCB assembly procedures in compliance to
ISO 9001
2015 standards. Under direct supervision, performs a variety of assembly tasks that require the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
Essential Functions:
Refers to process documentation (drawings, travelers, BOM's, and specifications) to perform simple assembly and soldering tasks. Must become knowledgeable in the use of all basic assembly equipment in the dept. Learns and uses microscope, basic tools, fine hand tools, epoxy/cures, inspection processes, and good soldering techniques. During assembling may perform such tasks as soldering, conformal coating, inspection, and repair. Must inspect all workmanship and special processes following the process documentation ensuring product quality to the end customer. Shows commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction through dedicating skills to achieve zero defect status. Responsible for knowing and using proper ESD procedures. Understands their role in following
ISO 9001
2015 manufacturing standards. Performs all necessary tasks efficiently and accurately by following established written procedures. Maintains an organized work environment necessary for the efficient operation. Keeps equipment and department neat and clean at all times. Performs other related duties as directed to ensure efficient operations. Teamwork in a high paced environment to achieve excellence and continuous improvement. IPC-610 or
J-STD-001
certification a plus.

$19.00 per hour
