WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN
Pink's Window Services — South Charlotte Ballantyne Get in while it's still early. We're the #1 Pink's in Charlotte and we've ranked as high as #6 in the entire national system. We grew 166% in Q1 alone, during our slowest season, before our biggest growth lever even turned on. We just signed a distribution agreement with Lowe's (yes, the Fortune 50 retailer, 1,700+ stores) that feeds customers straight to our crews. We go from one van today to three by this fall, with a fourth staged for 2027.
Translation:
the techs we hire right now are the ones who ride this ramp from the ground floor. More vans, more jobs, more hours, more room to move up. We're not looking for people to fill a slot. We're looking for the next leads and crew chiefs of a branch that's scaling fast.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
∙ Interior and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses ∙ Track and screen cleaning ∙ Pressure washing of brick, siding, and concrete ∙ Soft washing where appropriate ∙ Gutter cleaning ∙ Keep your van stocked, prepped, and ready each day ∙ Help grow the business in the field: on-site upsells, quoting, and customer-facing sales
WHAT YOU EARN
∙ $17/hour to start, with real room to grow as we scale ∙ $25 bonus for every personal referral that turns into a closed job ∙ $10 bonus for every Google review that names you ∙ Pooled tips on top of your wages ∙ Overtime at 1.5x past 40 hours
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable:
you show up on time, every time ∙ Comfortable outdoors, on ladders, and at heights ∙ Friendly, respectful, and presentable with customers ∙ Valid driver's license and clean driving record ∙ Able to lift and carry equipment through the day
THE DETAILS
∙ Part-time, up to 20 hours/week to start, scaling with the branch ∙ Reports to the Lead Technician ∙ Based in South Charlotte / Ballantyne (Myers Park, Dilworth, Eastover, Carmel, Foxcroft, Uptown core) ∙ Start date: as soon as you're ready

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
