Accurate Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. This role plays a key part in the production process by operating machinery that processes foam scrap into reusable material. Job Responsibilities:

Operate a shredder machine to process foam scrap materials Monitor machine performance to ensure safe and efficient operation Feed foam materials into the shredder and maintain steady workflow Assist in transferring shredded material to the baler for final processing Perform basic quality checks on processed materials Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating experience preferred (manufacturing/industrial setting) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift #

ASLI Pay:

$15.00 per hour
