Job Title:
Filling Technician II Job Description Join a dynamic team in a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility as a Filling Technician II. In this role, you will support a brand-new product line, driven by increased market demand. Your responsibilities will include loading materials, completing electronic batch records, maintaining log book entries, documenting work orders, and ensuring quality through process checks. You will also handle batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced, while contributing to process improvements. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals eager to enter the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities Load materials and manage batch processes. Complete electronic batch records and log book entries. Document work orders and conduct process checks for quality assurance. Maintain batch packaging records for materials. Report recurring issues on the production line and assist in providing solutions. Engage in process improvement initiatives and offer suggestions. Communicate effectively and think critically. Essential Skills Technical proficiency with electronic documentation. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Previous experience in manufacturing (GMP) and aseptic environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bioworks/Associates in Biotechnology. Exposure to and understanding of GMP knowledge. Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Preferred experience in cleanroom and gowning procedures. Two years of aseptic experience. Work Environment This role is within a manufacturing environment and may involve working on your feet for 12-hour shifts. The position offers night shift opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.65 - $26.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
