Now Hiring Latex Operators:
Pay:
Starting at $22/hour
Schedule:
12-hour swing shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) • 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights • Rotating schedule (includes weekends) Job Summary We are hiring a Production Operator to support daily plant operations in a batch processing environment. This role is responsible for safely handling materials, supporting production, and preparing products for shipment. Key Responsibilities Package finished products (drums, totes, tankers) Perform material transfers using hoses and pumps Sample and measure storage tanks Assist with blending, filtering, and loading/unloading Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous plant, manufacturing, or chemical experience preferred Forklift or yard jockey experience a plus Strong attention to detail and time management skills Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle 55-gallon drums Able to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions Comfortable climbing stairs/ladders Must be able to wear a respirator (clean-shaven required) PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
