The ideal candidate will have experience working with soft materials, maintaining quality standards, and operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines according to production specifications Operate clicker press equipment to cut materials accurately and efficiently Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Track production counts and report any issues to supervisors Load and unload raw materials and finished products Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Assist with preventative maintenance and machine upkeep Qualifications Previous experience operating thermoforming equipment required Experience running clicker press machines required Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read measuring tools and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience working with foam, rubber, plastics, or flexible materials Familiarity with die cutting and production tooling Forklift experience is a plus Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing environment Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions Use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations required
