We are looking for a Sheeter Machine Operator for our Concord, NC facility. Responsibilities Setup and operate the paperboard sheeting machine according to specifications Collaborate with Sheeter Roll Stand Tender and delegate tasks as needed Perform and assist in routine machine maintenance Monitor the quality of output to ensure sheets meet required specifications Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machine Ensure all required documentation is completed when required Assist in training other individuals and team members when required Follow and comply with safety rules, policies and procedures Perform other duties as required Demonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction Adhere to all IFS PacSecure policies and procedures, including product safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Qualifications/Skills Required High school diploma or equivalent Prior sheeter machine operation experience preferred Basic mathematical skills with the ability to read a ruler and understand fractions Fundamental computer skills High attention to detail Ability to work individually or in a team environment Must be willing to work rotating shifts - days, afternoons, midnights, & split shift Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction Physical Requirements Safely and effectively handle objects weighing between 30-50 pounds on a consistent basis, with the capability to lift more if required Stand for extended periods Maintain good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Sustain physical endurance for fast-paced work Operate and work near machinery safely Max Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status, or any other basis that is protected by federal, state or local law.
