$16/hour 1st shift What's the Job? Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials within the department Utilize aerating equipment to process board material Support general housekeeping to keep production areas clean and safe Assist with moving and staging work-in-progress materials Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines What's Needed? Ability to stand/walk for a full 12-hour first shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Steel toe shoes required on Day 1 Willingness to learn equipment and processes Strong safety awareness and reliability What's in it for me? $16/hour pay with overtime opportunities Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement 4 days on / 4 days off schedule Opportunity to start quickly (can begin with cleared drug test while background is pending) Exposure to equipment operation and skill developmentAdditional Details:
