You don't need prior screw machine experience to succeed in this role — if you're mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work, we'll provide the training you need. Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive repair, welding, or general machine operation often thrive here. What You'll Do:

Learn to operate and maintain multi-spindle screw machines by selecting tools, adjusting feeds and speeds, and loading raw materials (such as metal rods or bars) Interpret part drawings and instructions to produce accurate components Use measuring tools (like calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to confirm parts meet specifications. Perform quality inspections and follow machining processes Fine-tune the machine or replace worn tools to maintain precision and productivity Keep your workspace clean and prioritize safety at all times Support the team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent An understanding of how machines and tools work, even from automotive, HVAC, or maintenance experience. Previous experience running or monitoring production or packaging machines in any manufacturing setting. Ability to read blueprints and use shop mathematics Basic troubleshooting such as identifying and correcting simple mechanical or quality issues. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Great attitude!
