$20.50/hour Job Summary The Machine Operator position supports multiple production roles and is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in peanut processing. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with production start-up and shutdown; set and adjust equipment controls to meet product specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Accurately record process data for each production lot in a timely manner
• Maintain clean, neat, and legible documentation
• Clean equipment and work areas throughout the shift and at shift change
• Report equipment issues, shutdowns, or product quality concerns to supervisors
• Support efforts to ensure all products meet or exceed customer specifications
• Work in environments that may include outdoor conditions, dust, fumes, and moving mechanical parts
• Follow all GMP, sanitation, safety, and food safety (HACCP/FMSA) guidelines Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of related production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
