Machine Operator-all shifts

Machine Operators with 6 months experience or more! 1st and 2nd shift. Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. This role plays a critical part in meeting production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures Set up equipment and make necessary adjustments for production runs Perform routine inspections to ensure machines are functioning properly Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate when necessary Maintain consistent production quality and meet output targets Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production schedules Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes 6 months machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production documents Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with safety
