Multi Head Embroidery Equipment Operator $16•18/hr (ONLY experienced candidates apply) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Equipment Operator who can operate embroidery and heat press machines and is willing to learn and train on a rhinestone machine . This is a hands-on production role in a decorated apparel environment. You must be comfortable working with machinery, following work orders, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. What You'll Be Responsible For Operating multi-head embroidery machines Operating heat press equipment for garment decoration Learning and training on rhinestone machine operation Loading production files and setting up jobs correctly Hooping garments accurately for proper design placement Monitoring machines and troubleshooting thread breaks or minor issues Trimming threads, removing backing, steaming and preparing finished garments Performing basic machine cleaning and maintenance Reviewing daily work orders and prioritizing production tasks What We're Looking For Experience operating embroidery equipment (preferred) Heat press experience (preferred) Willingness and ability to learn rhinestone machine operation Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM $16•18 per hour depending on experience This role requires someone dependable who takes pride in quality and can work efficiently in a production setting.
