Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Day Shift 7 AM-3:30 PM Griwolfe is a custom hat manufacturer specializing in direct embroidery and patch work. We're hiring an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to help lead our production floor. If you know your way around a Barudan and take pride in clean, consistent work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Run Barudan single-head and multi-head embroidery machines
• Set up jobs: threading, hooping, loading digitized designs
• Troubleshoot machine issues and dial in settings to hold quality
• Inspect finished hats against design proofs and spec
• Work with the design team to execute proofs accurately
• Train and support junior operators
• Keep machines maintained and the floor clean and organized What We're Looking For
• 2+ years operating embroidery machines (Barudan preferred)
• Strong knowledge of 3D puff embroidery and stitching across fabric types
• Able to read and interpret design proofs and work orders
• Solid troubleshooting skills — you can solve problems without waiting around
• Leadership mindset to help train newer operators
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What You Get
