Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

• 11pm What's the Job?

Check machines, creels, and products prior to start-up for abnormalities Keep machines running at maximum efficiency and monitor raw materials Perform regular 20-minute checks on each machine in operation Enforce visual findings for preventive maintenance or repair work Follow all work instructions, quality system processes, and safety policies What's Needed? Previous knitting machine experience preferred No minimum education level required Ability to embrace and exhibit a People First Culture Attention to detail and good vision Manual dexterity and physical ability to bend, sit, stand, twist, reach, lift overhead, and stoop for long periods What's in it for me?
