What You Will Do:

Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals Operate and support machinery while monitoring performance metrics (OEE, cycle times, scrap) Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments ; escalate complex issues as needed Lead machine setups, changeovers, and start-ups Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and ensure efficient production flow Maintain accurate production logs and maintenance records Support quality checks, error-proofing systems, and compliance standards Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the floor Train, coach, and support team members to build a high-performing team

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) 3+ years of manufacturing experience , with machine operation background Previous leadership experience (formal or informal) preferred Ability to troubleshoot equipment and read blueprints/instructions Familiarity with PLC-controlled or automated machinery Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
